This report presents Juliana's worldview on the changing structure of economic life and the infrastructure required to carry it. It focuses on the average African operator, the fragmented economic stack, and the emergence of intelligent economic infrastructure. Our central question is not how to give people more tools, but how to build systems capable of understanding and carrying the complexity of their economic lives.
